Send us your game

No submission fee. A first response within 15 working days, including when the answer is no. Your studio keeps its IP — a publishing agreement grants defined rights for a defined term, and nothing more.

Fields marked * are required. Everything else helps but is not essential.

The address we will reply to.

Project

A working title is fine.

Target platforms
Links

At least one link, please. Put builds behind a private link if you prefer — do not attach files, and do not send credentials or keys through this form.

Steam page, itch.io, a private build link, or a video.

A GDD, a one-pager, or a deck — a link, not an attachment.

Team size, how it is funded so far, what you actually need from a publisher.

Before you send this — what happens to your information

  • Controller: Green Gaming Corp, CVR-nr. 35576762, Øster Hæsingevej 17, 5600 Faaborg, Denmark
  • Why we use it: To read and assess your game pitch, reply to you about it, and keep a record of the exchange if we take it further.
  • Lawful basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where a submission does not lead to a contract, our record of having assessed it rests on Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in knowing what we have already reviewed.
  • How long we keep it: Declined pitches are deleted within 12 months. If we enter into an agreement, the submission is kept for the life of that agreement and the statutory period after it.
  • Who else sees it: Nobody outside Green Gaming Corp. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertising networks, or use it to train any model.

Send links, not files. Do not send anything you are not free to share — a submission form is not a signed NDA, and we do not sign one automatically on receipt.

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, by writing to info@greengamingcorp.com. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

We do not ask you to consent to any of this, because we do not rely on consent for it. Sending the form is not treated as agreement to marketing — that is a separate, optional choice on the form itself.
