These terms govern your use of greengamingcorp.com. The site is operated by Green Gaming Corp, CVR-nr. 35576762, of c/o Jesper Broesby, Øster Hæsingevej 17, 5600 Faaborg, Denmark.

Green Gaming Corp is registered as a Enkeltmandsvirksomhed — a Danish sole proprietorship. It is not a corporation or a limited company, despite the “Corp” in the registered trading name, and the owner is personally liable for it. This is set out in full on our company details page.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

This is an informational website about a video game publishing business. Specifically:

• Nothing is sold here. There is no shop, no checkout, no payment page and no subscription.
• Nothing is downloadable here. The site hosts no games, installers, executables, patches or other software.
• No account can be created, and no user-generated content is published.
• Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. A publishing relationship begins only with a signed written agreement.

The following are outside what Green Gaming Corp does, and we will decline them regardless of the fee offered. These are binding commitments, not preferences.

• Operate, promote or link to gambling, betting, casino or real-money wagering of any kind
• Distribute cracks, cheats, mods, key resales, or any third-party software we do not publish
• Bundle installers, toolbars, download managers or any software outside the game itself
• Sell games or take payment through this website — this site is informational
• Publish content that would fall outside a PEGI 18 rating

To be explicit about one of them, because the business name invites the question: Green Gaming Corp has no involvement in gambling, betting, casino games, sports wagering, lotteries or any real-money play. We hold no gambling licence, we do not seek one, and we would not publish a title whose core is a wagering mechanic. Our filed activity with the Danish register is Udgivelse af videospil — video game publishing — and that is the whole of it.

If you submit a pitch through this site, the following applies.

• There is no fee to submit, and there never will be.
• You keep every right in your game. Submitting grants us permission to view and internally assess the material for the purpose of responding to you, and nothing else.
• We aim to give a first response within 15 working days of a complete submission, and we will give a reason if the answer is no. That is a commitment we control, not a guarantee of any outcome.
• A submission is not covered by a non-disclosure agreement unless we have signed one with you. We treat submissions as confidential in practice, but if you need an NDA in place first, write to us before sending anything.
• We may already be working on, or may later work on, a project with similar ideas. Ideas and mechanics are not protected by confidentiality; your code, art, assets and text are yours.
• Do not send us anything you are not free to share, and do not send credentials, keys or personal data about third parties.

Where we do enter into a publishing agreement, that agreement — not this page and not anything written elsewhere on this site — sets out the rights granted, the term, the territory, the funding, the recoupment and the revenue split.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, submit automated or bulk traffic through the forms, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

If you believe you have found a security problem, we would rather hear about it than not: write to info@greengamingcorp.com with enough detail to reproduce it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.

The text, design, code and graphics of this website belong to Green Gaming Corp unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote them with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

The webfonts used here — Space Grotesk, Inter and JetBrains Mono — are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors.

Any third-party names, platforms or trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Naming a platform describes where a game can be distributed; it does not imply that the platform holder endorses us or is affiliated with us.

We take care that everything on this site is accurate, and we deliberately restrict ourselves to statements that can be checked: company details come from the public register, and we publish no player figures, revenue, review scores or client claims that we cannot evidence.

Even so, pages can go out of date. Register data in particular is published here with the date it was read, and the register itself is the authority — not this site. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at info@greengamingcorp.com and we will correct it.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Danish law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and for any loss arising from a third-party website we link to, which we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If something has gone wrong, write to info@greengamingcorp.com or to the postal address at the foot of this page. We will acknowledge a complaint within five working days and try to resolve it directly. That is the first and fastest route, and we would rather you used it than anything more formal.

This website does not sell goods or services to consumers, so consumer online dispute resolution routes do not apply to it. Disputes about the site are governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Where we have a signed agreement with you, that agreement’s own law and jurisdiction terms take precedence over this paragraph.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a submission or agreement already made.
